ABOUT ME
I am a California Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 15 years of clinical experience, trained in relational, somatic, and depth-oriented psychotherapy. My work is held by Jungian psychology, Hakomi-based somatic practice, and Gnostic mysticism, integrating symbolic inquiry with body centered process and prayer.
Before entering private practice, I trained in community mental health, youth trauma services, family systems, and group process work. That foundation grounds my practice in service, relational precision, and clinical integrity.
Alongside my clinical work, I am a visual artist. My art and psychotherapy are not separate disciplines—they source from the same inquiry into shadow, projection, desire, grief, and creative emergence. I approach both as alchemical processes: turning what is unconscious into embodied abundance and liberation.
I am particularly attuned to individuals navigating threshold moments—identity shifts, creative transitions, relational reorganization, and existential reckoning. My role is not to fix or manage, but to guide sustained engagement with the deeper architecture of the psyche.
This work requires honesty, courage, and a willingness to confront what has been disowned. Tilling the depths with discipline and devotion opens into coherence, vitality, and creative power. It is from my own dance with the Shadow, lifelong engagement with an art practice, and initiation through chronic and life threatening illness that I offer this container.
